At Mahana Collectives, each piece is prepared with care and intention before it reaches you.

Please allow 2–15 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location within Aotearoa and for international orders. (Once International orders are in place as currently 29/04/2026 - shipping only within Aotearoa, New Zealand until advised and updated).

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.

Mahana Collectives is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control — however, we will always do our best to support you if any issues arise.
